Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamSchedule ("Service") operated by Simon Maiwald ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Plans & Pricing

StreamSchedule offers one free plan and three paid tiers. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Free — follow up to 3 creators with email notifications and the dashboard calendar.
  • Viewer Pro (€3.99 / month) — unlimited creators, push notifications, Discord reminders, and personal calendar exports.
  • Creator Pro (€14.99 / month) — everything in Viewer Pro plus schedule embeds, branded panels, and performance analytics.
  • Studio (€49 / month) — Creator Pro for teams with 5 seats, shared workspaces, and advanced reporting.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Annual plans may be offered from time to time; specific terms are displayed at checkout.

Service Description

StreamSchedule is a web application that helps users track and manage streaming schedules across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and other live platforms.

Our Service includes:

  • Stream schedule tracking and notifications
  • Calendar integration and export functionality
  • Creator discovery and recommendation features
  • Social features, including reminders and shareable embeds
  • Creator Pro analytics and studio tools for creators

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Send spam or automated messages
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans require a valid payment method. Key billing terms include:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
  • Viewer Pro trials run for 3 days; Creator Pro and Studio trials run for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Note on withdrawal rights (Widerruf): for digital content, you may be asked during checkout to agree that the service begins immediately and to acknowledge losing the statutory 14‑day withdrawal right once full performance begins. See our Widerrufsbelehrung.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simon Maiwald and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide schedules and notifications on a best-effort basis using data from Twitch and other providers.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mannheim, Germany, for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
