These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamSchedule ("Service") operated by Simon Maiwald ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

The Free plan allows following up to 2 creators and limited features. The Premium plan unlocks unlimited creators and additional features. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

StreamSchedule is a web application that helps users track and manage their favorite streamers' schedules across multiple platforms including Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.

Our Service includes:

• Stream schedule tracking and notifications
• Calendar integration and export functionality
• Creator discovery and recommendation features
• Social features and community interactions
• Premium features for enhanced functionality

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information

For Premium subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing

Note on withdrawal (Widerruf): for digital content, you may be asked during checkout to agree that the service begins immediately and to acknowledge losing the statutory 14‑day withdrawal right once full performance begins. See our Widerrufsbelehrung.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simon Maiwald and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

In no event shall Simon Maiwald, nor any partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
