Getting Started

How do I get started with StreamSchedule?

Simply sign in with your Twitch account, and we'll automatically sync all the streamers you follow. You'll see their schedules in your personalized calendar and receive notifications when they go live.

Do I need to manually add streamers?

No! StreamSchedule automatically syncs with your Twitch follows. When you follow or unfollow someone on Twitch, your calendar updates automatically. You can also manually add streamers who aren't in your Twitch follows.

Is StreamSchedule free to use?

Yes! Our free plan lets you track up to 3 streamers with basic notifications.Viewer Pro starts at €3.99/month and includes unlimited streamers, advanced notifications, and priority support.

Notifications & Alerts

What types of notifications do you send?

We send email notifications when streamers go live, and push notifications (if enabled) for streams starting soon. You can customize notification preferences for each streamer in your dashboard settings.

How do I enable push notifications?

Push notifications are available for Viewer Pro subscribers. After upgrading, you can enable them in your browser settings when prompted, or manually in your dashboard notification settings.

Can I customize notification timing?

Yes! You can set notifications for when streams start, or get advance warnings 15 minutes before streams begin. You can also disable notifications for specific streamers.

Calendar & Scheduling

How accurate are the stream schedules?

We sync directly with Twitch's official schedule data, so our schedules are as accurate as the streamers' own posted schedules. We update schedules every 6 hours to ensure you have the latest information.

Can I export schedules to my calendar app?

Yes! Viewer Pro subscribers can export schedules to Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other calendar apps using our iCal export feature. You can also get a shareable calendar link.

What time zones are supported?

StreamSchedule automatically detects your timezone and displays all schedules in your local time. You can change your timezone in your account settings if needed.

What's included in Viewer Pro?

Viewer Pro includes unlimited streamers, push notifications, calendar exports, advanced filtering, priority support, and early access to new features. Perfect for serious stream viewers who follow many creators.

How do I upgrade to Viewer Pro?

You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically, but you can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your Viewer Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have Viewer Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Technical Questions

Is my Twitch data secure?

Absolutely! We only access your Twitch follows and never store your Twitch password. We use OAuth for secure authentication and follow all data protection regulations. You can revoke access anytime from your Twitch settings.

What browsers are supported?

StreamSchedule works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your browser.

Do you have a mobile app?

StreamSchedule is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works great on mobile devices. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Native mobile apps are planned for the future.
